Welcome to HHC Dropshipping, the leading platform for connecting dropshippers with a wide range of products and suppliers. By entering into this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions. Please take the time to review these carefully as they will govern your use of the HHC Dropshipping platform. Terms and Conditions:

1. By entering into this agreement, both parties acknowledge that HHC Dropshipping is authorized to dispatch orders on the dropshipper's behalf as instructed.
2. HHC Dropshipping will not contact the consignee of a parcel unless specifically instructed to do so by the dropshipper, or unless the matter requires urgent assistance.
3. HHC Dropshipping reserves the right to terminate the account of any dropshipper who fails to provide satisfactory customer support to their customers and respond to HHC Dropshipping staff queries in reasonable time.
4. Payments will be made in accordance with the policy outlined on the HHC Dropshipping website, which may be subject to change.
5. HHC Dropshipping will make every effort to fulfill orders, but cannot guarantee 100% delivery for any possible reason.
6. HHC Dropshipping will not be held responsible for any business loss. Profitability is not guaranteed.
7. HHC Dropshipping reserves the right to terminate a dropshipper's account at any time for any reason.
8. Any dropshipper found to be using abusive language or exhibiting inappropriate behavior will have their account terminated immediately.
9. HHC Dropshipping will provide tracking information and make every effort to update the status of shipments, but will not be responsible to track and report manually on every request.
10. Dropshippers are responsible to keep track of their shipments and should inform the staff on any unreasonable delay. 
11. Any payments claims will not be entertained after 60 days of the order placed or after 15 days of invoice generation. Detailed reports are provided to dropshippers and dropshippers are required to keep track of timely payment processing are being done as per policy
12. The dropshipper agrees to provide accurate and truthful information in their registration and about their business and brand names for the purposes of shipments. Any unethical practices or provision of false information may result in account termination and legal action.
13. Complaints and requests for refunds will be handled by the HHC Dropshipping complaints department, although the dropshipper may request a review of the decision. The final decision will be at the discretion of the complaint department.
14. Any dropshipper who publicly complains without properly following the complaints procedures outlined by HHC Dropshipping may have their account terminated.
15. Complaints will only be accepted and addressed through the ticket system provided by HHC Dropshipping and will not be handled through WhatsApp or any other third-party communication channels.
16. The dropshipper agrees to adhere to all relevant laws and regulations regarding e-commerce and dropshipping, and will not engage in any illegal or unethical practices while using the HHC Dropshipping platform.
17. The dropshipper is responsible for keeping their account login information confidential and for any activity that occurs under their account.
18. The dropshipper is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact and business information in their account profile.
19. The dropshipper will not engage in any activities that may damage the reputation or interfere with the operations of HHC Dropshipping.
20. HHC Dropshipping reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time, and it is the responsibility of the dropshipper to stay informed of any changes.
21. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
22. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
23. The failure of either party to exercise any right under this agreement will not be deemed a waiver of that right.
24. HHC Dropshipping cannot guarantee the availability of any specific products, and reserves the right to remove or alter the selection of products offered at any time.
25. In the event of a product recall or other issue affecting the products sold by the vendor, it is the responsibility of the dropshipper to handle and respond to their  customers . HHC Dropshipping will provide reasonable assistance as necessary.
26. HHC Dropshipping will do its best to avoid any serious loss or side effect but is not responsible for any loss or damage, including financial or health-related, incurred to  the consignee as a result of using any products purchased through the HHC Dropshipping platform.
27. The dropshipper is encouraged to obtain samples of products before offering them for sale to ensure their quality and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

In addition to the above terms, HHC Dropshipping is committed to protecting the privacy of its dropshippers. We will not share any personal or business information with third parties without the express consent of the dropshipper. HHC Dropshipping will also comply with all relevant e-commerce laws and regulations. We appreciate your business and look forward to a successful partnership.
