General Terms

• HHC Dropshipping is authorized to dispatch orders on behalf of the dropshipper as instructed.
• HHC Dropshipping will not contact the consignee unless instructed or if required for urgent assistance.
• HHC Dropshipping reserves the right to terminate any account if the dropshipper fails to provide satisfactory customer support or respond to staff within a reasonable time.
• Payments will be made according to the policy stated on the HHC Dropshipping website, subject to change.
• HHC Dropshipping will try to fulfill all orders but does not guarantee 100% delivery.
• HHC Dropshipping is not responsible for any business loss. Profitability is not guaranteed.
• HHC Dropshipping may terminate a dropshipper’s account at any time for any reason.
• Abusive language or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate account termination.
• Tracking info will be provided, but HHC Dropshipping is not responsible for manual updates on every request.
• Dropshippers must track their own shipments and report unreasonable delays.
• Payment claims will not be entertained after 60 days of order placement or 15 days after invoice generation.
• Providing false or unethical business information may result in termination and legal action.
• Refunds and complaints will be handled by the official complaints department only. Final decision lies with HHC Dropshipping.
• Publicly complaining without following the official complaint process may result in account termination.
• Complaints will only be accepted through the ticket system — not WhatsApp or third-party channels.
• Dropshippers must comply with all e-commerce laws and regulations.
• Dropshippers are responsible for securing their account login details.
• Dropshippers must maintain accurate and updated business information.
• Dropshippers must not engage in activities that harm HHC Dropshipping’s reputation or operations.
• HHC Dropshipping may modify these terms anytime. Dropshippers must stay updated.
• This agreement overrides all previous agreements, written or oral.
• If any section is invalid, remaining sections remain enforceable.
• Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
• Product availability is not guaranteed and may change anytime.
• In case of product recall or vendor issue, dropshippers must handle their customers. HHC will assist where needed.
• HHC Dropshipping is not responsible for any loss, damage, or side effect (including health-related) from products purchased.
• Dropshippers are encouraged to test product samples before selling.
• HHC Dropshipping will not share personal or business info with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
