HHC Dropshipping Points-Based Level System Guide

HHC Dropshipping is introducing a Points System with Levels, designed to reward dropshippers with valuable features and benefits as they scale their business. This guide explains how points and levels work, the benefits associated with each level, and how users can improve their rank among other dropshippers.

Points System Overview

Points are a measure of completed orders and are essential in determining user levels. Points are either rewarded or deducted based on order status:

  • Delivered Order: +1 point
  • Returned Order: -1 point

Points are calculated on a lifetime basis, meaning they account for all orders a dropshipper has placed. Points will increase or decrease with every order completion, either adding or subtracting from the total points based on the order outcome.

Levels and Level Upgrades

Points earned determine the user’s Level, from Level 0 (new user) to Level 5 (experienced user). Each level offers exclusive benefits to support dropshippers in scaling their eCommerce operations. As a user gains points, they can progress through levels, unlocking added features such as reduced Order Return Charges, Dedicated WhatsApp Support, and advanced eCommerce tools.

Rankings: Monthly and Overall

Rankings reflect a user’s position relative to other dropshippers and are calculated in two ways:

  • Monthly Rankings: Reset each month, allowing users to compete on recent activity.
  • Overall Rankings: Based on lifetime points, highlighting the most accomplished dropshippers in the long run.

Higher points yield a higher rank, motivating dropshippers to maintain consistent performance.

Levels Benefits Overview:

Level Benefits in Detail

  1. Level 0: For newly registered users, with a standard Order Return Charge of Rs. 210, will be reverted to Rs. 300 from 15-Dec-2024. This level offers no additional benefits.
  2. Level 1: After reaching 100 points, users advance to Level 1, Order Return Charges will remain Rs. 210 and will not be reverted to Rs.300. This level includes no extra features.
  3. Level 2: At 250 points, users unlock Level 2, reducing Order Return Charges to Rs. 190. At this level, Transit Report is introduced.
  4. Level 3: Users reaching 500 points enter Level 3, with Order Return Charges set to Rs. 175. They also gain Dedicated WhatsApp Support in addition to the Transit Report feature.
  5. Level 4: At 1000 points, Level 4 unlocks, maintaining Order Return Charges at Rs. 160. Along with Transit Report and Dedicated Support, users gain access to Advanced Tools designed to boost eCommerce performance (available soon).
  6. Level 5: Upon reaching 2500 points, users achieve Level 5, maintaining the Rs. 150 Order Return Charge and gaining access to exclusive tools that will further enhance their business capabilities (launching soon).

Exclusive benefits for Level 4 and Level 5 are strictly reserved for dropshippers who maintain professional business standards. This includes maintaining a Professional Domain and Website, an active Social Media Presence, and providing Authentic and Accessible Customer Support Contacts. HHC Dropshipping will actively inspect dropshippers to ensure compliance with these criteria. Any Dropshipper failing to meet these standards will be excluded from these advanced benefits.

Understanding the Transit Report Feature

Transit Report is a powerful reporting tool available from Level 2 onwards. It enables users to:

  • Track orders stuck at specific statuses.
  • Identify delays and issues based on the time elapsed since the last status update.
  • Filter orders by Hub, Supplier, Courier, and Status.
  • Launch support tickets directly from the report for faster resolution.

This tool simplifies tracking and helps ensure that orders progress smoothly through the fulfillment process.
