HHC & Courier Tracking Statuses Guide

To help HHC dropshippers better understand the logistics process, here’s a complete guide to courier tracking statuses you may see on the HHC system or courier portals. Knowing what each of these means will help you answer customer queries and manage deliveries more effectively.

HHC Dropshipping System Statuses

Processing:
Your order has been received and is currently being worked on by the HHC team before it moves to the booked stage.

On Hold:
The order has been temporarily paused due to incomplete or incorrect information (such as contact number, address, or selling price). Please check your notifications for any update requests. If nothing is found there, kindly contact support by launching a ticket under the category of “Order on Hold”.

Cancelled by Vendor:

The order has been cancelled by the vendor, most commonly due to the product being out of stock or unavailable for dispatch. If the product cannot be arranged or restocked, the vendor will cancel the order within 3 days.

Pending from Vendor:

This status means the supplier has not yet handed over the product to HHC, order is still waiting at the vendor’s end.

Booked:
Your order has been successfully created and booked in the HHC system.

Pickup Ready:
After generating the receipt, HHC’s team is ready to pick up the parcel from the vendor.

Arrived at HHC:
The product has reached the HHC fulfilment facility and is now under processing and quality checks.

Dispatched:
The parcel has been processed at the HHC facility and handed over to the courier company for delivery.

In Transit:
The parcel has been collected by the courier company and is on its way to the customer’s City/Destination.

Cancelled:
The order has been cancelled for any reason.

Return Confirmation Pending:
The courier has asked to confirm whether the undelivered parcel should be returned to the HHC facility. Dropshipper action is required to either proceed with the return or request a reattempt.

Delivered:
The product has been successfully delivered to your customer.

Return in Transit:
The return has been confirmed, and the parcel is currently on its way back to HHC’s facility.

Return Received:
The returned parcel has been received from the courier and marked as returned received at the HHC hub.

Re-attempt Request:
Another delivery attempt has been requested by the dropshipper on the HHC portal after the first attempt was unsuccessful.

Trax Courier Statuses

Shipment Booked:
This means the order has been successfully placed through HHC and booked with Trax courier for delivery.

Shipment Arrived at Destination:
The parcel has reached the courier’s branch in the customer’s city and will soon be prepared for delivery.

Shipment In Transit:
The parcel has left the origin city and is currently on its way to the delivery city.

Shipment Re-Attempt:
A previous delivery attempt was unsuccessful, and another attempt will be made.

On Hold for Self-Collection:
The delivery address is in a non-serviceable or remote area, and the customer needs to collect the parcel from the nearest Trax branch.

Return Confirmation Pending:
The courier is asking whether the parcel should be returned to the sender due to issues such as refusal by the customer or an incorrect address. Dropshipper action is required.

Delivery Unsuccessful:
A delivery attempt was made, but was not completed due to an issue such as customer unavailability.

Out for Delivery:
A rider has picked up the parcel from the branch and is on the way to deliver it to the customer.

On Hold:
Delivery has temporarily been paused either by the customer’s request or due to courier-side issues.

Re-Attempt Requested:
The dropshipper has asked the courier to try delivering again.

Return Confirmed:
After repeated failed attempts or customer refusal, the parcel is being sent back to the sender.

Shipment Delivered:
The parcel has been successfully delivered to the recipient.

Misrouted:
The shipment was accidentally sent to the wrong courier location.

Misrouted Forwarded:
A misrouted shipment has now been redirected to the correct location.

Wrong Destination:
The address provided by the customer was incorrect, making it impossible for the courier to deliver to the intended location.

Reason Validation Required:
Delivery could not be completed due to an issue (usually an incomplete or wrong address). The courier needs accurate details to attempt delivery again.

Leopards Courier Statuses

Arrived at Station (AR):
The parcel has arrived at Leopards’ destination station in the customer’s city.

Shipment Scanned in Facility:
The parcel has been scanned at Leopards’ main facility before moving to the delivery branch.

Dispatched / In Transit:
The parcel has left the origin warehouse and is on its way to the receiving city.

Assigned to Courier (Out for Delivery):
A rider has received the parcel and is proceeding to deliver it to the customer.

Ready for Return:
Leopard is asking if the parcel should be returned to the sender after failed delivery attempts. Dropshipper confirmation is needed.

Delivered:
The parcel has successfully reached the customer’s hands.

Restricted Area Access Closed:
The delivery area is outside of Leopards’ coverage. The customer must collect the parcel themselves from the nearest Leopards facility.

PostEx Courier Statuses

Departed for PostEx Warehouse:
The parcel has left its origin hub and is on the way to PostEx’s distribution warehouse.

Received at KHI Warehouse:
The parcel has arrived at the Karachi warehouse for sorting.

Departed for Islamabad:
The parcel has left the warehouse and is heading towards Islamabad.

Arrived at Transit Hub (RWP):
The shipment has reached the Rawalpindi hub and is ready for the next step toward delivery.

Waiting for Delivery:
The parcel is ready at the destination hub and will soon be assigned to a rider.

En route for Delivery:
A rider has collected the parcel, and it is on its way for delivery to the customer.

Attempt Made — Refused to Receive (RFD):
Delivery was attempted, but the customer declined to accept the parcel.

Attempt Made (Reattempt):
Another delivery run will be made after a previous attempt failed.

Delivery Under Review / Under Verification:
The parcel is in PostEx’s Return Control Process (RCP). If the dropshipper does not respond within 48 hours, the parcel will automatically be returned.

Return Process Initiated:
Delivery was unsuccessful, and the parcel is now on its way back to the sender.(Returned)

Unbooked:
This status only appears on PostEx courier orders. It simply indicates that the parcel has been booked and is still awaiting handover to the courier. Once the parcel is dispatched, the status will automatically update from Unbooked to Dispatched on the courier and HHC portal, so there is no need for concern.

Note: Regularly monitoring these statuses enables you to proactively coordinate with both your customers and the HHC support team, helping you resolve delivery issues quickly and minimize unnecessary returns.
