Improved PDR Ratings & Problematic Products Report

Our Commitment to Enhancing Product Quality: Introducing the Improved PDR Ratings

At HHC Dropshipping, we have always prioritized product quality and accuracy in ratings. The PDR (Product Dissatisfaction Ratio) Ratings system is the result of a year-long journey of meticulous data collection and structuring. This system was designed to evaluate product quality by reflecting the percentage of complaints received against a product, validated through our Claim System.

However, we didn’t stop there. After analyzing and refining the system, we are proud to introduce the much-improved PDR Ratings.

Key Enhancements in the PDR Ratings:

1. Recent Orders Focus: The ratings now calculate complaints only from completed orders within a predefined recent period, which include Delivered and Returned orders. Previously, the system also included in-transit orders, but with this change, the ratings are now more relevant and up-to-date.

2. Exclusion Criteria: Products with no orders placed will now display an “N/A” status, maintaining transparency and accuracy.

New Feature: Problematic Products Report

To further assist you, we’ve launched a Problematic Products Report, highlighting products with a minimum complaint rate of 3%. This report includes all such products that have higher than 3 percent PDR rating, whether in stock or not, giving you a clear view of items that may need attention, all in one place.

This report helps you decide which products to focus on and which to reconsider. HHC Dropshipping Now gives you much more control to make decisions based on product quality.

By combining these enhanced PDR Ratings with our Product Arrival Video feature, you now have a comprehensive toolkit to make informed decisions about which products to prioritize and which to reconsider.
