How to Calculate Delivery Charges & Fulfilment Charges according to My Level and Points? Points Based Level Benefits Explained.
Introduction
HHC Dropshipping is committed to providing a transparent and rewarding system for our dropshippers. We have implemented a Points-Based Level System to recognize and incentivize your efforts. This document outlines the revised tariff structure and the associated level-based benefits to help you understand and maximize the advantages available to you.
Points System Overview
Our Points System is designed to reward dropshippers based on their order performance:
- Delivered Order: +1 point
- Returned Order: -1 point
Points are accumulated over the lifetime of your account, reflecting your overall performance. As you earn points, you progress through levels, each offering exclusive benefits to support your business growth.
Levels and Upgrades
The Points System comprises six levels, from Level 0 (new user) to Level 5 (experienced user). Advancing through these levels unlocks various benefits, including reduced fulfillment charges, access to advanced tools, and dedicated support.
Rankings
To foster a spirit of healthy competition, we have established a ranking system:
- Monthly Rankings: Reset each month, allowing users to compete based on recent activity.
- Overall Rankings: Based on lifetime points, highlighting the most accomplished dropshippers over time.
Higher points lead to a higher rank, motivating dropshippers to maintain consistent performance.
Revised Tariff System
Our shipment charges are calculated in two steps:
Step 1: Courier Charges Calculation
Courier charges are estimated based on weight slabs and delivery location. Additional charges include a Fuel Surcharge (15%) and GST (15%).

Example Calculation (Trax Courier, Local City, 1 kg Order):
- Base Courier Charges: Rs.115
- Fuel Surcharge (15%): Rs.115 × 15% = Rs.17.25
- Subtotal: Rs.115 + Rs.17.25 = Rs.132.25
- GST (15%): Rs.132.25 × 15% = Rs.19.84
- Total Courier Charges: Rs.132.25 + Rs.19.84 = Rs.152.09 (rounded to Rs.152)
IMPORTANT NOTE: Courier charges displayed at checkout may vary based on estimated weight and dimensions. Actual courier charges will be fetched after the parcel arrives at the courier.
Step 2: Platform Fulfillment Charges (Level-Based)
In addition to courier charges, platform fulfillment charges are applied based on your current level:

Example Final Shipment Charges Calculation (Level 2 Dropshipper, item cost:250):
- Courier Charges: Rs.152
- Platform Fulfillment Charges: 250 x 10% = 25
- Total Shipment Charges: Rs.152 + Rs.25 = Rs.177
Return Order Charges
If an order is returned, Charges will be calculated as follows;
For Level 0:
- If total products added in cart is being valued at wholesale total of Rs.300, then according to level 0 fulfilment charges will be calculated as 10% which makes it Rs. 30, and if the parcel is marked returned somehow, the charges will remain same and no additional charges will be added in the cart for example.
Product Wholesale Total = 300
Fulfilment Charges = 30
Courier Charges = 180
Total if Delivered = 510
and Total Charges if Return will be = 210 (180+30)
For Level 2: - If total products added in cart is being valued at wholesale total of Rs.300, then according to level 2 fulfilment charges will be calculated as 10% which makes it Rs. 30, and if the parcel is marked returned somehow, the charges will be discounted 5% which makes the fulfilment charges Rs. 15/- only-

Courier Charges = 180
Total if Delivered = 510
and Total Charges if Return will be = 195 (180+15) - For Level 4:
If total products added in cart is being valued at wholesale total of Rs.300, then according to level 4 fulfilment charges will be calculated as 5% which makes it Rs. 15, and if the parcel is marked returned somehow, the charges will remain same and no additional charges will be added in the cart for example.

Total if Delivered = 195
and Total Charges if Return will be = 195 (180+15)

- Active social media presence.
- Authentic and active customer support contacts.
HHC Dropshipping will inspect dropshippers for these criteria. Those who fail to comply will be excluded from these advanced benefits.

Understanding the Transit Report Feature
Transit Report is a powerful reporting tool available from Level 2 onwards. It enables users to:
- Track orders stuck at specific statuses.
- Identify delays and issues based on the time elapsed since the last status update.
- Filter orders by Hub, Supplier, Courier, and Status.
- Launch support tickets directly from the report for faster resolution.
This tool simplifies tracking and helps ensure that orders progress smoothly through the fulfillment process.
